List of persons with European Hyperbaric Certification

The European Baromedical
Association (EBAss)
together with the
European Committee for
Hyperbaric Medicine
(ECHM) produced syllabi
for the training of
Hyperbaric Personnel.
These syllabi lay down
the necessary knowledge
for Hyperbaric Personnel;
both Operators and
Nurses. Following on
from this EBAss
organised a scheme by
which personnel could
gain a recognised
certificate which would
be proof that the
individual had undergone
a recognised level of
training and had
achieved the required
competence. Currently
there are two levels of
qualification available,
European Certified
Hyperbaric Chamber
Operator (ECHCO) and
European Certified
Hyperbaric Registered
Nurse (ECHRN). |
